A. Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n

Introduction<\/h3>\n

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:<\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last goods.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Carpsounder Braunfels e.K., Owner: Joachim Flauger, Josef-L\u00fccker-Weg 6, 35619 Braunfels, Germany, Tel.: 064425152, Email: info@carp-sounder.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website at https:\/\/carp-sounder.com\/vertrag_widerrufen\/<\/wbr><\/wbr><\/a>. If you use this online function, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received. <\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n

Consequences of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. <\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. <\/p>\n

We bear the costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n
