Warranty

We offer a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on all our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that may occur during normal use. If you notice a problem with your product within the warranty period, you can, of course, return it to us, and we’ll take care of the repair or replacement.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

We provide a warranty on all of our devices, subject to the following conditions:

1. Warranty Period

The warranty for the Carp-Sounder device is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is transferable to the original purchaser of the product.

2. Scope of the Warranty

Under this warranty, we agree to repair or replace the device free of charge if it becomes inoperable within the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship. The warranty covers:

  • Defects in material quality
  • Processing Error

3. Damages Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:

  • Improper handling or misuse of the device (e.g., impacts, liquid damage, or improper power supply)
  • Normal wear and tear on components such as buttons, ports, or batteries
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the device
  • Consumable parts such as batteries, provided there are no defects in materials or workmanship
  • Damage caused by external factors such as lightning strikes, power surges, or natural disasters

4. Warranty Claims and Procedures

To file a warranty claim, please send:

  • The receipt or invoice number as proof of the purchase date
  • A detailed description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the defective device

5. Repair or Replacement

If the device cannot be repaired, we will offer you a replacement (equivalent or comparable, as applicable).

6. Transfer of the Warranty

The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable to third parties, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

7. Other Rights

The warranty terms do not limit your statutory rights. They grant you rights in addition to your statutory warranty claims, which apply in the event of product defects during the warranty period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The warranty is void if the device has been repaired by a third party or if the product has undergone any modification not authorized by us.
