- Consumable parts such as batteries, provided there are no defects in materials or workmanship
- Damage caused by external factors such as lightning strikes, power surges, or natural disasters
4. Warranty Claims and Procedures
To file a warranty claim, please send:
- The receipt or invoice number as proof of the purchase date
- A detailed description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the defective device
